Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us promptly. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue whenever possible.
